What you are feeling is very normal. As I got closer to my date I didn't know what scared me more, the surgery or that something would go wrong. However, everything went right and today is my six week anniversary. You will be on your way to a better life soon, keep focused on the good. I'll think of you on your surgery day.

Best wishes on your upcoming surgery. I too am terrified about the post op period but at the same time I look forward to being on the other side Aug. 20.
