Aug 14th I will be 8 months out, so far I have lost 128 pounds and I have 32 to 37 pounds to go I am not sure I will have to see what I look like first. I have never been this small so I don't know what I will look like. My husband and I are going to Cedar point next Friday for the first time that I will actually stand in line to get on the rides without having to wonder if they are going to make me get off because I am to big. I will finally fit on the rides. I am down to a size 14/16 and started out at 26/28 that were very snug. I hope to were a size 12 or 10 that would be a first in my life to wear those sizes. I found out a couple of weeks ago that my insurace does pay for my tucks, I want my tummy and arms done. I hate my arms. I walk 3 miles a day and this week started taking yoga classes. I really enjoy the yoga but these are things I would of never done at 318 pounds. All of my family has gone on diets because they are afraid I might catch there weight. I am so glad I ahd the surgery I wish I would of done it sooner. Also, for you chocolate lovers adtkins makes a suger-free mike choc candy bar that is to die for. You can find them in health food stores or even in Meijers and Walmart around the sugar free area.

Laura; Tomorrow will be your re-bithday! Congratulations on taking control of this part of your life!! I am so proud of you and happy for you, honey!!! GOD bless and keep you safe, and grant you a speedy recovery! I had this surgery 9-05-01, and have never felt better in my life, (or as long as I can remember!), and I have lost 80 pounds!!! Soon, you will be posting numbers like that too!!!
