"My first impression of Dr. Lane was very positive. I had heard he is one of the best. I had done a lot of research regarding WLS and had a few questions. When he answered my questions, he did so in terms I was comfortable with. He did not answer them like he was talking to a 2 year old, as some doctors would.
The only negative thing I would say about Dr Lane and/or BTC, is the time you have to wait to get an appointment. However once you get there, they do seem to have it down. When I went there for my consult and again for my pre-surgery testing, things went very smoothly. One nurse went out, another came right in. Very little waiting.
My personal impressions about Dr Lane and BTC are overall very good. I would recommend them to anyone!!"
