Congrats on your success Kristie! I enjoyed reading your story. I am scheduled for surgery on the 26th of this month and am excited. I too was on Clomid off and on with fertility treatment for 4 years! I know how frustrating it can be! Unfortunately, I am divorced now, but it is great to know that someday I may have the same success with pregnancy, if it's God's will. Thanks for sharing your story! You are truly an inspiration!

Welcome back Kristie! As an 11 days Post Op, I feel for you when it comes to sipping 64 oz of liquids! Ugh! it is sooo difficult even if I dont feel like drinking. I couldnt even drink half of it. By third day home, I was dehydrating bad and almost passed out. That scared me and then I had to force myself to sip, sip, sip! Keep up the good work and you'll do fine! *hugs* ~Teresa

I am home! - 6 days postop and I am online checking emails, I must be feeling pretty okay or the drugs work wonders - they gave me liquid vicodin, I am feeling good and its so weird I have never felt hungry yet, but trying to drink 64 ounces in one day is hard, yesterday I only got about 32 forcing myself, going to have to work on that. I got home Friday at 10am, they kept me an extra day because my oxygen levels were low and I felt better the next morning anyways. Thanks Sandy for coming to see me, it was nice to see smiling faces that knew exactly what I was going through. Here's to a great 2003 Kristie

I saw Kristie in her hospital room yesterday (her surgery was 12/31/02). She was sitting up and in good spirits. She had been out walking the halls twice already and said it was possible that they would let her go home today.

Hooray! Kristie made it to the losing side! I called Kristie's hospital room and was told that Kristie's surgery was wonderfully uneventful. They were able to do the entire surgery laparascopically. Kristie is experiencing some pain, but seems to be recovering as expected.
