August 20th, 2002! Just one more month to go. I still have to get approval from the cardiologist. I see the cardiologist on the 4th of September. I see my primary on the 13th for Bloodwork and an EKG. On the 17th, I have a Pre-op appt and an appointment with Dr. Liem. Time for the surgery is set for 12:00 Noon! I'm so excited. I can't wait to finally feel healthy again. Keep me in your prayers!

Good luck to you on your upcoming surgery, Nicki! I too am a patient of Dr. Liem's & I truly believe we're in very good hands...my date is Oct. 9th! Keep us posted on your progress once you're on the "other side" & feeling up to it. All the best... ;-)
