"I found him to be very professional. He was my mother's doctor and I appreciated the time he took with her visits. Answering all of her questions until she understood the answers.
When it came to me and my visits I felt he was just as caring. At times the staff was a bit hard to deal with but in the end all went just fine. I just feel that they have become overwhelmed with all the patients they have now for this surgery.
My advice would be to be as diligent with the paper work and necessary forms as possible. Make sure you know EXACTLY what is expected of you and the calls YOU need to make.
I just feel that when it comes to a great doctor we need to over look attitudes, sometimes. Quality of the doctor out weighs anything!!! We can't have it all! But his staff and his abilities are pretty darn close!"
