You should be very proud of yourself. I am proud of you!!!! Think of some of the new things you will be able to do like take a long bike ride, get on a amusement park ride and not worry if you will fit in the seat, cross your legs and the best of all have the energy to do these things!!! Everything will be just fine and know you have a wonderful group of people here to help you meet your needs. The best of luck on your surgery with a speedy and healthy recovery!! My best wishes to you on your upcoming surgery. I hope all goes well for you and that you have a speedy, problem free recovery. My husband and I BOTH had our open rny's at Pacific Bariatric in 2001. I had mine in June and have lost 110 lbs with about 30 more to go. My husband had his in Oct. 2001 and has lost 215 lbs and is at goal. We both have the greatest respect for all of the doctors at PB and the staff too. We had the best treatment from our surgeon, Dr. Rumsey. He is fantastic!!! We also had great treatment at Scripps/Mercy hosp. The staff there is well trained and they take good care of you. Good luck to you on your journey to the losing side!!

“Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.” William Jennings Bryan. Dream what you want to dream, go where you want to go, be what you want to be, because you only have one life and one chance to do all the things that you want to do. The happiest people don’t have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way! May God hold you in the palm of His hand and Angels watch over you!
