Hey, James checking in....well, I'm home. 3 days after my open RNY. I would like to thanks Kimberlydawn for keep you all updated. My incision is about 7 inches long with 35 staples. I have an appt to get those out on Monday at 345p. I am not planning on going back to work until Jan. 6, 2003. I have had an okay time with this surgery. I just had one mishap, and that was an allergic reaction to a sleeping pill, which caused me to pull out my iv and some other stupid things. I don't know...guess i just got scared. Anyway, Thanks to each of you for all of your comments and prayers! They are TRULY appreciated! Love - James [email protected]

Hi everyone, I talked to James Mom again. She is such a nice person. She said James was still doing great, leak test came back fine. She did say he walked a little too much and was feeling some pain now, but that we was resting comfortably. The surgen came to see him and said things were going well and asked him to come and speak at a meeting he was having for wls. He should be home by thursday if all stays well. Kimdawn'
