Hello Ronnie - Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! You'll find the changes with WLS nothing short of a miracle. I've prayed, wished and hoped over the last 20 years to have a "second chance" at being healthier and thinner - I never thought I would get that chance but I did and so will you. My humble advice? Walk, walk and walk after surgery. Get in your protein, even if it means plugging your nose and chugging it back in baby pouch gulps. Vitamins need to be chopped, minced, crushed, pureed? ...whatever it takes to get them in daily, deal wit' it. : )~ And let's not forget our new best(est) friend. Water. It will ALL be worth it, I promise!! One more thing, remember to CELEBRATE all the special moments, big or small. Too many people focus on the number, ie. weight. There are many "moments" to look forward to and embrace - don't let any slip by. Enjoy your new healthier life, you've earned it!! Hugs -
