"I thought Dr. Bright was very concerned about the issues related to obesity, and that he really was motivated to help others. The office Staff were fine, except the woman who scheduled my pre-op tests was a bit of a "cold fish." There wasn't anything about Dr. Bright that I did not like up front, but I have only met him the one time for the initial consultation. He did not speak much about aftercare, but there again, it was only the initial consult. I felt at ease with Dr. Bright, although he is a very thin and small in stature. It is pretty hard to imagine his small frame working on such a large man as I am. He did talk about the surgery risks, although he did not give statistics, and seemed to focus on the technical issues. I would say that I would rate Dr. Bright pretty high. He was very skilled at communicating the fundamentals, and made sure that I understood the difference between the different types and complications of each bypass surgery."
