WOW - It's been a year ago today you underwent this life changing event! Congratulations and Happy One Year Anniversary to you! I'm sure you've experienced many changes, physical as well as mental. I hope that it's been as exciting as my five months! I can hardly wait to see what I will be like on my one year anniversary! God Bless!!! Kevin, congratulations on your success so far! I'm happy to hear you've been doing so well. I, too, am doing remarkably well -- it's almost been (and I hate to jinx anything) TOO easy! The weight is absolutely falling off, isn't it? I had my surgery 11 days ago and have lost over 20 lbs. I love this! Anyway, just had to share in your enthusiasm. Keep up the great work!

I just wanted to drop a quick note and let everyone know that I have reached the lighter side. Surgery Friday was uneventful and my recovery is progressing well. I am glad to be home, in my own bed, chair and with family Thank you to all who send kinds words. Kevin
