Hi, If you developed a a blood clot last surgery, I'd be very careful about doing it again. That would scare me, and even though your kids are older, they still need you. I would research the odds of that happening again very carefully. I'm curious did you have a rny, or what type of surgery 20 years ago? I thought that all the weight couldn't come back? I did just meet a lady that gained back 80 pounds due to eating all day long. It was a wake up call to me to watch what I eat still. Is this what happended to you? I hope you get all you want, and that if you get the revision, that you have much success, and good health. Best wishes

I pray you can find a surgeon who will do a revision for you and that you can have WLS with no complications.
