"Dr. Alexander was extremely personable and sensitive to me as an overweight patient. He answered all me questions before I could even ask them and took his time with me. I would say at least 30 minutes of talking with me prior to my decision. The office staff was exceptional. Ann the insurance part of his affice was on the ball and a big part of my quick approval. Michelle the office manager was just as helpful with the payment part of my surgery. I feel extremely blessed I came accross Dr. Alexander."
