Donna Rich

"Dr. Rich is very familiar with women and skin issues. She strives to do a good job in that she takes pride in the outcome. She did my breast lift and aug at my 7-mo. postop and the abdominoplasty at 13-mo. postop. I am still recuperting, but in a few weeks she is going to do a minor revision to improve the tummy tuck. This is necessary because there was so much loose skin to remove that, in spite of her taking great lengths (and quite a bit of time, I was in surgery for five hours this last round), it isn't quite perfect where there's a tiny bit of loose skin on the left end. Plus, she may take a bit more off the middle to pull up the pubic area some more. I have marked her here for being sensitive to obesity skin issues because during our discussions she mentioned that she mentioned her frustrations with insurance companies not being will to pay for an abdominoplasty after WLS (she thinks they should go hand-in-hand as a necessity). We are very pleased with her work."

Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center

"The operating and recovery staff were right on the money. The private room was as comfortable and secluded as could be possible. When I was mostly out of it in recovery and needed a fan to help me breath easier, they responded quickly. Only one nurse out of the whole lot didn't understand that I couldn't take a huge pill that was only partially cut up: this made my stomach queazy for a couple of hours and she called my surgeon without explaining that her pill caused the reaction. This incident almost made my doctor hold me over for another day since he thought I was having difficulty with food intake. Other than this particular nurse, everyone else was a-okay. It was wonderful how the admin staff processes the paperwork and there is no fuss or bother with all that once everything is set to go."

Voravit Wongsa

"I cannot say enough about how impressionable and personal Dr. Wongsa, his nurse and right-hand, Ruth, and the rest of his staff are. As a rule, I have extremely limited patience with doctors, nursing and receptionist staff and hospitals (esp. if they are incompetent, arrogant or just plain STUPID). However, as busy as they are, they are amazingly helpful and pleasant. I have complete confidence in his skills and I look forward to the whole adventure without significant worry. : ) *** Our instincts were right! Dr. Wongsa was a very good choice and we are extremely satisfied with the surgery and results. ***"
