well i started at 238 with 255 being my start weight and am now down to 175 yeah for me only 50 more lbs to go anyon e who would like to email feel free.

well as of the 17th of sept am now 32lbs down went and took my labs will find out if everything is ok.

well went to my one month appt and lost 26lbs in 28 days.go back in one month.still on soft foods the other foods dont seem to want to stay down.

well im 17 daysout and 21 lbs down

well i go to the doc on the 24th for 2week visit weighed myself on the 20th and am 17 lbs down not to bad for me. will write again after the 24th.
