"I met Dr. Miles on July 23 for the first time. He was friendly, professional, very upbeat about surgery. He explained the surgery as well as aftercare very well. He explained the risks of surgery as well as the risks I face if I don't have the surgery. He also emphasized the importance of following diet and exercise for the rest of my life because surgery is only a tool. His office staff was friendly and helpful. I would rate Dr. Miles and his staff as A+. His nurse, Debra is wonderful. She has been very prompt with getting me approved by BC/BS. And, she is so pleasant and encouraging. I am very confident about the surgery. This is just my personal impression based on the first visit. I am making no statement about what other people may experience."
