Hi Deb, I just tried to email this message to you but it won't go through so I'm posting it to the board through your surgery page and hoping you get it. I need your mailing address if I am to send you cloths, ok? I know I have a nice winter coat for you......the rest of the cloths, well, it's a matter of finding them in my storage room. But if you will send me your mailing address along with your measurements (waist, hips, bust, so I don't send cloths too small or way too big), I will try to get them in the mail asap. I can't tell you how many I will send....depends on the shape they're in etc.....I won't send you junk. I haven't worn that size in many years but saved some just in case. Get back to me, ok? I'm glad to help in this small way. Bless you guys! And again, I pray your DH finds work soon. Carol Percel

Hi Deb, First of all, CONGRATS on the huge weight loss!! I am so proud of you!! Second, I'm so sorry that you and your family are going through this unemployment period!! That has got to be hard!! I think I have a few cloths to send you and maybe a winter coat but I have to go downstairs and dig through storage box's. I'll get back to you in a day or two, ok? Debra, I am so sorry that you and your husband are both out of work. I am sorry I do not have any clothes to send to you as I have not had my surgery yet and still wearing 4x's. If you still live in Grand Prairie, Tx. I was wondering if you husband has tried to apply at the Dallas VA Medical Center and the Army Air Force Exchange. Have you looked at the USA Jobs for other government jobs. I know in past that government agencies were looking for progammers. If your husband has been in the military he will get a 5-10 point veterans preferance. That means they have to consider hiring him first before someone who has not been in the military. That is for every govenment job. I hope this helps. You will be in my prayers.

Hi Deb. This is Rickie from Milton, Fla. Been trying to e-mail you but it won't go through. Just wanted to say hi and give you an update. Had my surgery on 8/15 and I'm down about 50 pounds. Hope you're doing well!

Wow, it is hard to believe it has already been 11 weeks since I had this life changing surgery. I have no regrets. I continue to learn as most post ops do, but I can't believe how differeent my life is. I am down from 355 pounds to 283 so far. It just keeps getting more miraculous as each week continues. What a blessing, and my surgeron here in Dallas Dr Huber, is nothing less than a Hero to me. I guess I need to check on a bunch of you. Love, Deb. :)- 73 pounds. :)

Hello all! I just got off the phone with Debra. She is doing fine. However, she told me to tell everyone that the nurses at St. Paul Hospital are horrible and that she is very unhappy there. I tried to take Deb some flowers last night and the nurse I spoke with was extremely rude. I feel bad that she has to deal with a poor staff while trying to get over her surgery. Please keep Debra in your prayers. Health-wise she is doing great. Chewing on ice and drinking water. She'll be up and walking in a few minutes! God Bless! Nurisha
