Start drinking your water now, start your protein now, start walking now. It will make suregery so much easier to get thru. I wish you all the very best. Dear Vonnie ~ one of the most sweet & kind ladies I use to know was named Vonnie...she is now one of my guardian angels, I have no doubt about it. I have asked her to watch over you too - due to the name sake - it's such a different name, I thought it was something that she wouldn't mind doing at all.
