10/27/02 WELL,THIS WEEK I WILL FIND OUT MY INSURANCE DECISION. ALSO TOMORROW I HAVE THE PULMONARY CONSULTATION, AND ON 10/30 THE CARDILOGY.. THIS MEAN I AM GETTING CLOSE AND GOD NEW .....NO H-PYLIORI BACTTERIA .... I AM CLEAR ON THAT PART !!!!!!!YEHHHH//// I THINK BY DEC OR JAN I WILL BE IN THE OTHER SIDE.....I ALWAYS KEEP MY HOPES ....

10-22-02 YESTERDAY I CALL DR. PEREZ OFFICE , AND I SPOKE TO PABLO , VERY NICE PERSON . HE FOUND MY PROFILE AND TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO GO TOSTEP TWO . GETTING THE CARDIO AND PULMONARY CLEARANCE , AND HE WLL BE SUBMMITING THE INS. CLAIM FOR APPROVAL ....EVEN THAT DR. PEREZ IS IN FT LAUDERDALE I WANT HIM TO BE MY SURGEN , I READ ALL THE GOOD THING ALL HES PATIENTS SAID ABOUT HIM ... AND ALSO MY FRIEND AT WORK HAVE THE SURGERY PERFORME BY HIM ....SHE VERY PLEASE !!!! ... THAT GIVE ME CONFIDENT EVEN THAT I HAVE TO TRAVEL 4 HOURS FROM ORLANDO TO FT. LAUDERDALE ... I AM VERY EXITED ABOUT SURGERY AND I CAN WAIT TO GO THRU TH WORSE , AND HEN GET TO THE BETTER PART ,THIS IS TO BE SLIM AND NOT CARRY ALL THIS WEIGHT THAT IS KILLING ME SLOWLY AND WITH PAIN . I WANT TO BE PART OF DR. PEREZ SITE , I JUST DONT KNOW HOW TO DO IT ...IS VERY NICE TO SHARE THIS JORNEY WITH PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND HOW I FILL, AND WE WILL HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON !!!!!!! DR.
