"I had my first consultation with my surgeon, Scott Robbins on Jan. 9th. I was actually very pleased with him and it seemed like he understood about being so obese and not having any choices left. His office staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is that my next appointment isn't for another month. This really bothers me, I was hoping to get this done faster. He puts alot of emphasis on aftercare, much at the beginning all the way to life long once a year check ups. He was very blunt about the risks of surgery, but I feel that right now they are not a concern. After this first visit I would rate him a 9, since noone is perfect and this gives him room to grow.
