"This powder is excellent. I use 1 1/2 scoops with 8 oz of water, 4 ice cubes, and two tablespoons of no sugar added Nestle Quik powder. Shake it up and it mixes very well and tastes great. It is good without the nestle quik powder also, I just like the extra chocolate flavor that it adds."
