"I have only met with Dr. Rantis once and that was for about 30 to 40 minutes during the surgical consultation. He explained the procedure thoroughly and took time to answer my questions. He explained the after care but most of that information came from the seminar I attended. I haven't had much contact with the office staff, but the few times I've called they have returned my calls in a very timely fashion and they've always been able to answer my questions.
My only complaint is the time frame it has taken since Weight for Life received my paperwork on 7/29/02 until my surgery date on 2/07/03. Although it has taken many months, all of the people I've dealt with have been very helpful.
I will make my final judgement about Dr. Rantis after surgery and my release from the hospital. I do feel very confident though that I will be in good hands."
