"Dr. Cook is very up front with you about surgery and that is very important to me. I went in with four pages of questions (some I'd gathered from this website) and he'd covered most of them before I could ask. He has a wonderful bedside manner and is very amusing. I'd started attending a support group before my surgery and he encouraged me to continue. He was up front about the risks of surgery.
The girls in the office are wonderful. I've called, emailed about little things and always get a quick answer. They made sure I understood from day one that they are here for me ANYTIME!
