I know it has been a while since the last time i have talked to you guys. I just sit in the cut in read about everyone. I lost my sister last week and we had the funeral in stuff today. I feel alot better today. I also had people who did not know who i was because of the weight loss. that was great also. I also wanted to let everyone know that i had my surgery on feb 18th and i have lost 73 pounds already which i feel is great and i can deal with that. lol. well god bless you all.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE GOD THE GLORY BECAUSE WITHOUT HIM THERE IS NO ME. SO I HAVE TO GIVE ALL THE GLORY TO HIM. WELL I WENT TO THE GYM TODAY IN IT FELT SO GOOD. BECAUSE I AM NOW DOING MORE AND MORE. I WORKED OUT FOR 1 AND 30 MINUTES. THAN I TALKED TO MY FRIENDS THAT WORKED THERE FOR THE OTHER 30. WELL ANYWAY IT WAS FUN IN I WILL BE THERE IN THE MORNING. WELL THATS ALL FOR THE DAY GUYS.LOL MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU ALL!
