"My first impresson about Dr. Poplawski was he has very dry since of humor, but he was very nice and I felt very comfortable talking to him about my weight and all the various things I have tried over the years to lose weight. I did not feel embarrassed at all with him and he as very patient and answered all of my questions and all the questions my husband had. The staff at Bariatric Weight Loss Center in Ypsilanti Mi are wonderful. The entire staff realy emphasizes aftercare support groups. This support group meets once a month. Dr. Poplawski addressed the risks of having surgery and the risk of being this over weight. The risk of being over weight is far more dangerous than having this surgery in my opinion and in the opinion of three other Doctors I have been to see since making the decision to have this done. I'm very nervous but in the same breath VERY excited for myself and my family."
