9/10 My surgery went great. Dr. left gall bladder for a later date to remove. Had surgery on 9/5 at 7:30 a.m. and was discharged at 5:00 p.m. on 9/7. Doing fine, nothing by mouth as yet but using feeding tube. First postop 9/13. Walking off gas pain, walking and laying down are best position. Sitting is uncomfortable because of position of staples, feeding tube and drain. Thanks for all the support, kind words, and encouragement.

hey Nancy, I called the hospital today 9/8 because I could not wait any longer to hear how you were. They said you were discharged so I'm taking that as a sign God heard our prayers for you and all is well! Hang in there Nancy... come back to us soon! Love

Nancy; Congrats on the surgery date, we share the same one!!!! Yeah us!! I am 51 yrs old, and a mom and grandmom, so I know how excited you must be, and happy to finally have control over this weight issue!! GOD be with you and keep you safe, my "Re-birthday" pal!!!
