"The pre-op nurses were great but the post-op nursing staff was really lacking. Overall, they were very unresponsive, snippy and did not do a lot to "guide" me post-op. My suspicion is that they were understaffed but that still is not excuse for the poor treatment. "
"I cannot say enough good things about Pat. She was understanding, thorough, pleasant and compassionate. Her staff was also exceptional and I got my evaluation in the mail TWO DAYS after my eval. Wow!"
