Dear Lawrence, My thoughts and prayers are with you for your upcoming surgery. I know how excited and scared you must be. Just remember to take lots of sips of water and as many short walks as you possibly can after surgery. I wish you the BEST and God Bless. Gentle hugs,

Lawrence, Congratulations on your surgery tomorrow! I hope everything goes great and I wish you good luck and good health with your recovery. The first 2 weeks are the toughest after an open but it gets a little better each day. Just remember to get up and move around as much as you possibly can. And sip, sip, sip that water! A WLS friend,

I do hope and pray that your surgery will go well and may the angels be with you and your surgeon. It's not an easy road, especially in the beginning, but the results you see week after week are simply amazing. Keeping you in my prayers - Best of luck---Marilyn
