"My first impression was she was very rushed. My impression changed some after talking to her and she was kind enough to answer some of my questions. The office staff is for the most part great, there are a few front office girls that are a little short tempered but mainly when calling the office. There wasn't much that I didn't like about her. For future patients know that she is very kind and caring and really enjoys what she does, helping to change our lives forever. After care was always stressed. I am too new to know too much about the aftercare structure. Yes, she did address the risks. I rate her as a very good surgeon but always short on time. She cares but she is trying to help so many people that she runs short of time often. I think both her surgical competence and bedside manner were both great!"
"I was not on the Bariatric floor, something about they were full. I really didn't appreciate having to be around others that were being fed three times a day. That was very hard. But the staff was excellent and that is what really counted."
