"My first impression of Dr. Ferrari was that he was very, very quiet. I learned that is only because he wants to listen first, then give his input. He turned out to be very caring and attentive. His staff is wonderful as well. As far as aftercare is concerned, he requires that all his patients attend support group meetings for at least four weeks. I am very happy about that because you learn alot about what it is that you are going through.
He was very thorough about surgery and the risks involved. He told my husband and myself that I could die due to complications. But he further reassured me that he would do all in his power to prevent that from happening."

Never in my life did I ever think that there could exist a plastic surgeon who was more concerned about his patients than his wallet, but Dr. Smith proves to be just that type of surgeon. He was completely honest with me, and yet very kind-hearted. He was as emotional as I was at times when it came to discussing my personal issues relating to this surgery. He even called me at work on a few occasions to make sure I was doing alright regarding several surgery delays that were neither his nor my fault. Even my fiance adored him, and he is one of the most cautious people I know. His staff, as I have said, has been the best. You are a real person when it comes to dealing with Dr. Smith and his elite staff. I just can't say enough, and the more I rattle, the more redundant I will become!"
