5/30/04 well i am down 63 lbs now but things have slowed down . so i go the 18 th of june too get my second fill. so maybe things will get better and i will start losing better.

as of today i am down 56 lbs and i love it . My stomach is sinking in and i can see where mystrectch marks are starting to show that iam shrinking I LOVE IT .

today i am down 53 lbs and feel great i am so glad i did this . i still have a hard time not eating the different breads that get stuck and then i hard for so many hours after words i hate it when i do this too my self . i even have a hard time gettting the water in it seems like it just takes so long too go down . some time s i think i dont even want too eat i get so tired of hurting when i am done . it is very hard too break bad habits. and eating less. and NO BREAD it just gets stuck every time and it hurts.

jan 22,03 iam very happy today i was down 50lbs .two days ago i went too subway and had one of the new wraps and could only eat half and i was so full it lasted 9 hours i swear. i ate it at 12pm and at 9 pm that night i was stilll fulll and had a hard time get my water in that day. i dont think i will try that again for awhile it was too full of a feeling . boy i sure do love my frist fill it is working great .

1/3/04well i am down 7 bls since my frist fill and it feel good too see that scale going down again .my clothes are getting so big it is starting too bug me . i went too the store to day just to try on some pants too see how much i went down and i went down two sizes . i was excited but i still will not buy any thing . i am waiting til this summmer. and i keep trying on my old jeans i can get them up over my but now but they will not go to gether yet . but that is ok they will soon enough.i feel like my clothes just hang on me .

12-22-03 today i went and had my first fill i was scared ,excited,and was wondering how it would go . well i got there and then i had too check in and wait for them too come too get me . then i went back and had too take out my shirt. and put on a gown . then she checked my signs i am ok . so then we went too the room and dr. duckett was there and two nurses was there too and i had too wait for the man that brings in the camra too xray you why there are doing it . then the dr. had me lay down and i had to hold up my legs so he could see where the port was and he found it . then he numbed it and then put a needle in the port it took him two times too get the hold and then i had too stand up . and get in front of the xray machine so they could see my insides too do the ajustment i think it cool too see my ind\sides . and then i had too drink bariem drink so he could see it was working and then water then he put 2ccs in and had me drink and i had to get full and then i told him i was full and felt like i had too throw up so he said i will take care of that and he took out hale of cc so it was down too 1.5 ccs and it was ok then . so then he made me do it again he put it back 2ccs again and i drank again and it happened againg so he took it out again and he said well that is all i can put in . so i have 1.5 ccs in right now . and when i got done i was a little dizzy so i had too sit down .i was ok after about 5 mins. then i went back and got dressed and went home . i had a cup of tea and after half of a cup i was full. had stop . boy you relly can feel the differents . right now . i relly had too think about this doing it before xmas but i look at it this way i dont need all that food a round me too be with poeple i love .i can have a good xmas any ways .

well to is 12/18/03 and i went too my lapband cornater yesterday and finally she is going too let me get a fill i only am down 25 lbs to them and to me it is 43 and still not losing anymore .but i havnt been doning what i should be doing too so its my failt but i am getting started back today and on monday 12/22/03 i will get my fill . i can still tell i am losing inches though. i will get filled before christmas so that will be good i will not have too eat that stuff that is not good for me .

well i had thatnksgiving and it went well i had a spoon of evrything there and two pieces of turkey and a piece of pumkincheescake and the next day i was down too 269 i was so glad that is 33 lbs now it is slow but still good i am happy with it i have not been exciting for a week i have been too busy but iam going back this week everyday

well today i went too the doctors and i was down 3 more lbs that make s me feel good but i have notest that iam not geetting all the protien in and that i think i can eat anything and i am not losing that much so am going too just eat protein now ans nothing eals and see how i do its very hard i cant gett all my water in either i need tooo start this stuff and work harder.
