Four months out and i've lost 90 pounds! I am careful each day to get 45 to 60 grams of protein and take my vitamins. I don't always get all my liquid and still have difficulty drinking water (hits my stomach like a brick), but I get enough. I'm never hungry and have to remember to eat. I am still having trouble getting around because of the Fibromyalgia and degenerative disc disease, but I still have 130 pounds to loose and believe it will get better. Thank God for his help and suport throughout this whole time. To him be the glory!!
