"Dr. Livingston is very professional. He is very thorough and considerate of your situation. He is the Department Chairman of Surgery at UCLA. His staff is very capable and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like is that the visit was too short to ask the questions that may come to mind later. Dr. Livingston is the best. I had no complications after the surgery. He thought that I might because my starting wieght was 452lbs. I have lost over 125 pounds within the last 5 months with no side effects. Dr. Livingston and his staff emphasize good nutrition and excercise. To change your old habits and develop good positive ones. Dr. Livingston was straight forward with the risks and insisted that you consider if you are serious about the surgery. I rate Dr. Livingston a high 10. He and the UCLA medical team are the best. I appreciated Dr. Livingstons surgical competence. UCLA is a teaching hospital so you will not get the Dr. Welby beside manner that we see on t.v. I rather have a competent surgeon any day."
