Hi Angie, I was just looking at some of the profiles on obesityhelp.com your profile connected with me. First, CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss. You truly look WONDERFUL!!!!! Well I had the Lap RNY on 3/27/03 and the day of surgery I weighed in at 341lbs. Well today I'm almost 9 months post-op and have only lost about 65lbs since surgery. I exercise about 4 days a week, I drink over 60oz of water, I get in about 90gms of protein and I take my vitamins every day. I do all of the above but I'm still a very very very slow loser. Because of your success, I just want to know if you can share with me what is a typical day like for you? Well, it's almost here. A new beginning for the old you. May the good Lord give you strength,determination, and the knowledge that you have so many people that love you for who you are,now. Good Luck! I am 15days post op and feel like a million dollars already. I will pray for you but I have to tell you so far it has change my life. I am holding my head up for the first time in a long time and I am sure you will to.St. Vincent Charity was great to me.

You are about to give yourself the greatest gift you could ever imagine. My surgery was 7 weeks ago and I must say it is the best gift I have ever given myself. I have dropped 40 lbs and feel and look much better. I am much healthier and have not had to take any blood pressure medication, nothing for acid reflux or a fluid pill since the surgery. My back and joints do not kill me any longer and I am begining to remember how to have fun. I wish you the very best. Good luck and God Bless you. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
