hi Adele: I am sheryl in NM. I am now 13 weeks post op and am doing well I have lost 77 lbs and since Feb. I have lost 147 lbs. I take 2 ultra mega vitimines a day from GNC and 2 or 3 calcium chews also each day. I had a bloodtest afew weeks ago and so far I am doing well. I began at 516 lbs and now I weigh 377. I dont know how I will do in time but I feel very confident about my progress. I hope you do ok too. please write me again [email protected]. Sheryl

Dear Adele, Tomorrow is the day for a new beginning for you. I know you are nervous and excited at the same time. If we can survive all of the stuff for insurance, all the letters that have to be written, and all the appointments to go thru pre-op, the surgery should be easy after all that is said and done. It will be smooth sailing from here on out, for me to have the surgery in less than 2 weeks, and you in a few hours. It really does help to reach out and think positively. I have made myself an inspirational tape and I have been going thru books like 2 or 3 a week. Please keep us updated about your surgery, and feel free to email me if you need to talk.
