"Well on 10/3/02 I went to see Dr. Batty for my first appointment. After waiting in the waiting room for a very long time(he had an emergency)I was very impressed with him. He seemed to be a very caring and concerned doctor. He seemed to really care about this issue. He stressed that it was a serious decision to make. After several questions on both our parts, I felt that he was the doctor for me. He is planning to have a support group in the very near future, just in time for my surgery! His staff was very nice and friendly. The only thing I would like to suggest is that he have a few chairs in the waiting room without arms. I was extremely uncomfortable while I was waiting. "
