Just returned from 3-month Post Op Dr visit. I've lost 102 lbs in 97 days. My energy levels have roared back in the past 2 weeks. I'm curious to see what effect the B12 shot has on my energy. Dr. has cleared me for more intense exercise. Time to build muscle!

I had my 5 week post op check up yesterday. Down 47 lbs. and my G-tube was removed (YEAH!).
