Just sending lots of warm opulent stardust sprinkles in this mail only as a receipt cuz the real ones are going to your insurance company for good results soon. Wouldn't that be great if you could be a loser soon. Since when was being a loser a GOOD thing? Keep your faith that this will all be over soon. I know I am pulling for you each and every day. Tell BCBS they DON"T want me to come down there!!!!

Hi NancyJo, I read your message about curves and thought I would respond. I have going to my local curves for 1 month today and I love it. You only use each machine for 30 seconds at a time so you do not get bored. I have seen lots of people go ion there that have back and knee problems and they either skip the machine that bothers them or they do a different exercise on that particular machine. My suggestion would be to try it for one month and see how you tolerate and like it. I hope all works out for you. Good luck. Cori Welch

Just dropping down to give you a little encouragment but can't fly today as the wings are getting weak (day 4 of the 5 day starvation). Do you know that May 1st is only 52 days away! That also translates to 7 1/2 weeks! I also want to thank you for the constant vigil over my sanity and my heart!
