"young, knowledgeable, up on the latest technology, not jaded by routine surgery, caring. Still have the same impression 6 weeks later. He will take the time anyone has to answer questions. Office staff helpful, but needs more understanding of this surgery. They are learning, too. Since he is fairly new at this, we are trying to form a support group. He requires any potential patients attend a presupport meeting before the office will schedule a consultation with him. This way he goes over all of the issues first. Former patients are usually present and speak to the group also. He has a great reputation, and his beside manner is fantastic."
