"I first met Dr. Lin at the hospital seminar. He was very cordial and professional. I thought he was very personable and informative at my visit with him. His office staff is nice and his partner(Dr. Nana) is excellent. When the scheduling center took too long to schedule my tests, I e-mailed Dr. Lin and responded within 15 minutes. He said he would contact the scheduling department the following day, and he did! I am now on the road to my surgery date."
