"My first impression of Dr. Rumsey was that he was a pretty serious man, which is good because he's going to be operating on me :) He was very nice and made sure to answer all of my questions. The office is interesting because we got to meet people who had just had surgery and were there for their post op appointments. It really put my mind at ease because I saw that they were all a-okay. He definitely addressed all of the risks of surgery and he emphasized how important aftercare is. Pacific Bariatrics wants to keep in touch with you for the rest of your life to see how you're doing with your journey. As of now I'd rate Dr. Rumsey at a 9, and hopefully a 10 after surgery. Surgical competence is definitely most important to me. "
