Debbie, I know exactly what you mean. I gained 28 more lbs just waiting (from consult 342 to surgery 370 ). It scared me as some Dr won't do the surgery if there is a weight gain but my Dr went thru with it (April 23) and I'm now down 60lbs!! This tool works. But you got to help it along. Eat what your supposed to eat. The hardest part for me was learning to eat SLOWLY. You probaly have the "Last meal" mentality. I know I did, every meal was like my last LOL> God bless. Jamie

Debbie good luck with every thing . It took me about six months to get where i am now. My surgery is June 22.2003. I am a big emotional eater .I have been having my last meals for the past month. God is with all of us just have faith and all will be well.
