"I liked and felt comfortable with Dr. Martin the very first time I met her! My impression of Dr. Martin was and still is that she is a wonderful, caring doctor...I have recommended her to many people. Jeannine M. Moss, her nurse practitioner has been the GREATEST!! I have seen her more than I have seen Dr. Martin; however, she has done the exams, educated me and I have been able to talk to her about anything and everything about aftercare. Dr. Martin addressed the risks of surgery in person and also with a film. Overall I rate the entire experience....surgery competence and bedside manner as great! I have had several surgeries (back and neck) in the past 2 1/2 years and can truthfully say that this surgery and recovery period went better and faster than any of the others.
Dr. Martin's office staff (and especially Jeannine) have all been great! From the first consultation, all the scheduling for all of the classes, getting the pre-op authorization from my insurance company, the aftercare appointments, and questions that I have called about, every member of the staff has been great and caring."
