I just found out my insurance will not pay for this - needless to say I am trying to learn to deal with this disappointment. It has me really down and I am so depressed right now. Thank goodness I have my faith in God or I would never make it through this awful let down. May all of you be blessed with your surgery's. I am so happy for all of you who can get this surgery, and please remember all of us who can not get it. Prayers of support would be wonderful. Thank you all and God bless, Corliss

I have been to my regular doctor this last week and she is in full agreement with me on the WLS and she said it was my choice and that she would write my surgeon a letter stating all my medical problems. I now have an appointment for my class at the hospital on bariatric surgery. This is required before the surgeon will see me. Only thing is I can not go until August the 12th. I hate this waiting but I am glad that so far everything is going forward. Guess I will be happy when the surgeon gets an insurance approval. Wish me luck and pray that God will have this go smoothly. If anyone has any advice on this please let me know . Thanks! Corliss
