"I would give the hospital a very good review. I would have to say that the day staff was more professional and attentive than the night staff. One particular night nurse was downright nasty. Everyone else was lovely."
"Dr. Cooperstone is exactly the type of Surgeon I was looking for. I didn't want to go to one who hands you a list of seven doctors and tells you to come back after you've seen all of them. Some people may like this approach, but I prefer choosing my own doctors.
Once I had all of the required tests, I was able to schedule my surgery with a one month wait. The entire process only took me three months, which is amazing.
The really great part of having the surgery with Dr. C is that you don't leave the hospital with NG tubes and he doesn't use staples in the incision. Many post-ops find these two things the most unpleasant part of the surgery and it is a non-issue with him.
Fern, his one woman staff, is an absolute dynamo. She gets you through the whole process beautifully.
