"Dr Jones is a wonderful, though strict doctor, who truly cares that you understand what you are about to do. He and Dr. Provost worked together on my surgery so I could have Lap RNY, even with all my co-morbs. I must also commend Lois, their assistant, for all the help she gave me when my insurence was late in getting my approval letter back to them (Aetna's fault). She kept me sane, though I think I drove her to the edge.
Also he has a set schedule for follow up visits, and pre-op and post-op meetings monthly with info and visitors to help us with our to weight loss journey. Overall,I give him and his employees a very high rating and would be glad to recommend him to others. In my opinion, his only draw back is that he is busy and can seemed a little rushed at times, though if you need to talk, he will stay and hear you out completely."
