Julia, Thank you so much for the words of encouragement that you gave me before my surgery. I'm sorry it took so long for me to get back with you, but my husbands grandmother passed away 4 days before my surgery (300 miles away) and I have not felt like getting on the computer (which is in the basement) since my surgery, until this week. I hope your recovery is still going well.

1/31/01 Julia -- Today is your 1st full day to a new you. Time is now on your side. You will have so much to look forward to. So much fun. You will feel great and also look great! :) I want to let you know that there are people u don't know who are estatically happy for you!! I am having rny on 4/20/00 at St V's so I am anticipating your reality. I'm scared but ready!! Enjoy your new lifestyle, take care of yourself, and remember GOD is with you always. Good luck on your big day. I will keep you in my prayers. I am scheduled for an open RNY on 1/30 also. Good luck and I'll see you on the other side.
