Cathy, congratulations on your upcoming surgery. May peace and love surround you on your journey and carry you along safely. Remember to drink your water, take your vitamins, walk daily and most importantly, be gentle with yourself along the way. Lastly, don't forget to stop by occasionally and update your profile. As you know, our profiles provide a lifeline to others embarking on this journey. You never know who you might inspire!

Dear Cathy~~~~CONGRATULATIONS!!!! on your brave decision to have WLS. It is truly a life altering, life affirming process and I wish you the very best of all of it. If it is support that you are looking for, you have come to the very best place. I found OH.com 11 months after my surgery. It would have made things so much easier if I could have gone to the message board every day of my postoperative experience. I am so glad that you are here now. Email me if I can be of any help.
