"I have only had an initial visit with the Dr. He was very professional and didn't sugar coat this surgery and stressed the seriousness of the procedure and the possibilities of complications. His staff was very nice as well and made me feel at ease and not embarassed. Norfolk Surgical Group has a great monthly support group which I have attended. He emphasized aftercare and that this is a total committment to a lifestyle change. I have not had my surgery so I cannot tell you about competence, but my primary care physician gave him an excellent regommendation. I like a straightforward Dr. so I was impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness."
