"If nurses cannot be there for everything you need, then they should allow your support person to stay with you during the night in order to prevent them from having to see you as often as needed during the night. i had to wait for them all the time in order to use the bathroom because i needed assistance. they refused to let my husband stay because there were no private rooms. then the nurses got upset with me because i needed them more often than others."
